finding server issues

when my bot try to find a new server like from "shanghai" to "el paso or whatever server that is above shanghai. The movement of the scroll is very slow and it will mess up very much. I mean it cannot find a good server but if you do it manually you can but i need to run my bot overnight so i wont need to do it or stare at it whole night. What is the problem? do you get me? Can you see the side bar of finding a server? when it try to finds a new one it will scroll up very slow and it will not reach a new server.

I have the same problem,
it will only scroll about 10 up, but no further and than starts over again
