LC-RC-004 Fatal Empty LC-RC-004 Fatal

this is my first time running the bot when i pressed the "configure bot" button it started to press on the screen and then i got this error saying An error has occured you can quote this code when asking for help...
so the code is

LC-RC-004 Fatal

can someone help me figure out what this error is? thanks in advance
