Bot can't join a good room

So I finally managed to configure the bot properly but one thing that has not been working is the fact that it does not join the rooms which i specified in the settings.ini file. I set it so that the bot joins games with min blinds of 1 and max blinds of 2 and the minimum amount of players is 2, including me. Thing is, I myself saw a couple rooms that fitted these specifications yet he did not join them. Any suggestions?
